Job summary

Slim Chickens welcomes a Front of House Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at our new site in the UK. You’ll supervise service, mentor staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced casual setting.

You’ll play a key role in delivering brand standards, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, and supporting management to drive sales. Weekend and late-evening availability is required, with competitive benefits and career progression with BRG.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive
