Harri is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to uphold consistent high standards of customer service and drive proactive customer interaction across shifts.

You will lead and train the team, follow company procedures, and liaise with customers to understand their needs. Ideal candidates will hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates; additional training and development is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
• No additional formal qualifications required, but reading company manuals is expected.
