Black Sheep Coffee Ltd is hiring a front of house leader for an airport location. The role focuses on driving sales, service, and team morale with varied Mon-Sun shifts and a starting pay of £13.55–£14.05 per hour, including a weekly bonus.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting, delivering top-notch coffee, food, and customer experiences. Applicants should have management experience in coffee or food service, flexible availability, and a passion for brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Make amazing coffee and products, dial in espressos, and serve quality food and drinks.
• Deliver unforgettable customer service at the register and handle complaints professionally.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Manage cash-up and bank drops following safety procedures.
• Train and support team, communicate clearly during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand positively.
• Place and receive stock orders to ensure full availability.
• Lead by example and enforce attendance, timekeeping and food safety standards.
