Job summary

Slim Chickens in Liverpool One is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the service team and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.

You will coach staff, maintain service standards, handle guest relations, and support management to drive sales. Weekend and bank holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
