Job summary

Slim Chickens Liverpool One is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a busy hospitality team in a vibrant, casual setting. You’ll supervise service, maintain brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout peak times and beyond.

As a natural leader, you’ll mentor staff, oversee shifts, and collaborate with management to drive service quality, efficiency, and sales while delivering a welcoming, consistent customer experience for every guest and colleague.

Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
