Job summary

Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our busy FOH team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise service, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation while driving sales and supporting the management team.

We value hospitality, reliability, and strong communication. Weekend and holiday availability are essential as we stay busy across events and peak periods in a vibrant restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Excellent customer service focus and problem solving
• Willingness to work weekends, late nights, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Flexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
