Job summary

Aramark in Arbroath is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations in a busy military mess environment, ensuring exceptional service for customers and guests.

You'll supervise breakfast, lunch, dinner services, motivate the team, organise events, handle queries, maintain standards, and support health and safety and company procedures. On-site parking and pension available.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the day-to-day operation of the Mess, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the front-of-house team.
• Organising hospitality functions, formal dinners, and special events.
• Assisting the Manager with training, development, and supervisory duties.
• Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Ensuring smooth delivery of all front-of-house activities.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation.
• Supporting compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at RMCondor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to lead front-of-house operations within a busy military mess environment, ensuring exceptional service for customers and guests.
