Aramark is seeking a Chef Supervisor for Sergeants' Mess, Aldergrove Flying Station. The role blends hands-on cooking with team leadership in a busy catering environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Chef, Senior Chef, or Chef Supervisor.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members in a kitchen.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, allergens, and health & safety requirements.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Supervisor to join our team at the Sergeants' Mess, Aldergrove Flying Station, BT29 4BP. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on food preparation with team leadership responsibilities within a busy military catering environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and supporting the kitchen team during daily operations

• Supporting the Catering Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service and operational standards

Qualifications

About you

• Previous experience as a Chef, Senior Chef, or Chef Supervisor
• Strong culinary skills and passion for high-quality food production
• Experience leading or mentoring team members within a kitchen environment
• Excellent understanding of food safety, allergens, and health & safety requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and flexible approach to work

• Successful candidates will be required to obtain security vetting clearance.
