Job summary

Boundary Outlet in Colne is seeking a Temporary Front of House Service Staff to join our busy retail and restaurant team. This 20-hour-per-week role runs until the end of January 2027, with shift patterns across 4/5 days.

You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments and help maintain a welcoming dining area. Training will be provided to support your success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly manner with customers.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to tables.
• Take orders, provide menu recommendations and serve food and drinks.
• Handle payments and operate tills with accuracy.

Role Overview:
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be the face of ourrestaurant, ensuring every customer feels valued and enjoys a seamless dining experience. From greeting customers to serving food and drinks, you’ll play a key role in making their visit memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain a tidy dining area.

• Support the wider team during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
