Boundary Outlet in Colne is seeking a Commis Chef to join our in-store café/restaurant kitchen. You will support the team in food prep and service, while keeping a clean, well-organised workspace to ensure a high-quality dining experience for customers.

The role requires a hardworking, reliable individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Flexibility to cover late shifts, weekends, and 35 hours per week is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring all equipment, work surfaces, and utensils are clean and sanitised.
• Wash and organise crockery, cutlery, and cookware efficiently.
• Support chefs and other team members during busy periods.
• Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and notify supervisors when replenishments are needed.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including food hygiene regulations.

Job Title: Commis Chef

Location: Boundary Outlet - Colne

Hours: 35 hours a week working 5 days out of 7. You must be fully flexible to cover days, late shifts and weekends.

Role Overview

As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food while ensuring a clean and organised work environment. Your role will be key to helping us deliver a fantastic dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
