Job summary

Mitie is hiring two part-time Security Officers for the Front of House Security Team at Springfields Fuels Ltd. The roles are 07:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, two days one week then three days the next.

You will welcome visitors on the Reception floor, conduct baggage checks and support ongoing site security and safety procedures. You will be the first point of contact for all personnel, ensuring compliance with UK law and internal procedures while maintaining professional conduct and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an SIA licence.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact on site for visitors and stakeholders.
• Conduct baggage searches and assist with site access control.
• Ensure compliance with UK laws and ORN guidance.
• Maintain incident notebooks and report safety hazards.
