Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle enquiries, complaints, and inductions professionally.
• Willingness to learn health and safety compliance, fire safety procedures, and site maintenance coordination.
• Comfortable working independently on a lone worker basis and managing multiple priorities across a busy shift.
