We are looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama York Designer Outlet. With over 165 restaurants in the UK and Ireland, we celebrate individuality and personality over perfection. As a leader, you'll create a positive environment for guests and team members, supporting their development and driving restaurant performance.

The Role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, coach your team, manage shifts, and ensure high standards and excellent customer service. You will also oversee labor, rotas, and understand the financial performance of your restaurant.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team
• Experienced in shift planning and team coaching
• Knowledgeable in managing labor, rotas, and financial aspects
• Enjoys celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
