As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience in shift planning and management, with a love for team coaching
• Has experience in managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
