Job summary

wagamama in Stoke-on-Trent is hiring a Front of House Manager to lead a vibrant restaurant with energy and passion for guest service. You will orchestrate seamless service, solve issues quickly, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll be responsible for shift planning, staff development, and maintaining high standards while driving strong financial performance. A Kaizen mindset will help you continuously improve operations.
