Job summary

wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager (full-time) in Brighton to lead a vibrant, high-performing restaurant and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

• thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen

• are experienced in running and planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, love working with the team, and coaching on the go
• have experience in managing labour and rotas, and understand the financial performance of your restaurant
