Job description

Job Title: Front of House Manager

The ACC Liverpool Group operates a waterfront event campus, including the M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool, Exhibition Centre Liverpool, Ticket Quarter, and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. We have successfully hosted a diverse range of events, from shows and conventions to business gatherings and exhibitions, establishing ourselves as a world-class venue and event service provider.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee operations during events, ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe, secure environment for all visitors. This hands-on role involves managing high-profile events across our venue portfolio, including conferences, exhibitions, entertainment, and sporting events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee event operations, ensuring delivery of excellent guest experiences.
  • Manage staff and coordinate event logistics.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance during events.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Essential Experience

Proven experience in event or operational management within large-scale venues, particularly in conference, exhibition, or entertainment sectors.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.

Additional Requirements

This role is fully operational with a schedule based on our events calendar. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts is essential. The position operates on an annualized hours contract.
