Job Description:

Front of House Manager

Location: Can be based at any of our GTUK offices outside London.

Work arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

Our Mission: Every day, our teams assist businesses and communities in doing what is right and achieving their goals.

Role Overview:

As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, you will:

  1. Own the outsourced FoH contract, develop service excellence, establish service levels, and promote ESG initiatives.
  2. Lead and motivate the FoH team to provide outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, neighbours, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to deliver a best-in-class service and continuously improve the office experience.

Candidate Profile:

The minimum requirements include strong experience in contract and office management, team leadership, and willingness to travel across UK offices. Skills that are desirable include:

  • Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness, proactive approach, organizational skills, and collaboration.
  • Health & Safety knowledge related to office management and understanding of landlord-tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
  • An interest in ESG and driving sustainable change.
