Role Overview:

As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, you will:

  • Own the outsourced FoH contract, develop service excellence, set service levels, and promote ESG initiatives.
  • Lead and motivate the FoH team to provide outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, neighbors, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to deliver a top-tier office experience and drive continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful, you should demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in contract and office management.
  • Effective team management and motivation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across UK offices as needed.

Additional desirable skills include:

  • Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness, proactivity, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • H&S knowledge related to office management and understanding of landlord/tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
  • An interest in ESG and driving sustainable change.

Why Join Us:

At Grant Thornton, we value diversity and foster an inclusive culture where everyone’s contributions are appreciated. We encourage you to bring your whole self to work and pursue passions both inside and outside of work.

We support work-life balance through flexible working options and believe that your impact extends beyond your day job—through activities like secondments, charity fundraising, and supporting entrepreneurs globally. Our values—purposefulness, curiosity, candor, and kindness—guide everything we do.

We seek individuals eager to contribute, innovate, and exceed expectations—people committed to doing what’s right for the firm, clients, colleagues, and themselves.
