Front of House Manager

Location: Can be based from any of our GTUK offices outside of London.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

We are developing a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider and need someone with experience to deliver exceptional client and staff experiences. This team will ensure our colleagues enjoy their office environment, have what they need to work effectively, and that visitors and clients feel valued, leaving a positive impression of Grant Thornton.

Role Overview:

As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Owning the outsourced FoH contract to develop service excellence, set service levels, and promote ESG initiatives.
  2. Leading and inspiring the FoH team to provide outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, neighbors, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to enhance the office experience.

Candidate Requirements:

The minimum criteria include proven experience in contract and office management, managing and motivating a large team, and willingness to travel across UK offices as needed. Skills that are desirable include customer service and leadership in a corporate setting, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, commercial awareness, and an interest in ESG and change management. Basic knowledge of H&S related to office management and landlord-tenant roles in multi-let buildings is also beneficial.
