Front of House Manager

Location: Can be based from any of our GTUK offices outside of London.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

We are developing a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider, and we need someone with experience to deliver exceptional client and people experiences. This team will ensure our colleagues enjoy their office experiences, have necessary resources, and that our visitors and clients feel valued and leave with a positive impression of Grant Thornton.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the outsourced Front of House contract to develop service excellence, establish service levels, and promote ESG initiatives.
  • Lead and motivate the FoH team to provide outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, suppliers, consultants, and colleagues to enhance the office experience.

Candidate Profile

The minimum requirements include strong experience in contract and office management, team leadership, and willingness to travel across UK offices. Additional skills that are beneficial include:

  • Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness, proactivity, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • H&S knowledge relevant to office management and understanding of landlord and tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
  • Interest in ESG and driving positive change.
