We are currently looking for a Front of House Manager. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager and have full responsibility for the Front of House Department.
Responsible for overseeing the operational outlets of the Front Office department, ensuring team members are focused on providing the ultimate guest service experience for all customers by maintaining high department standards. As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office Department on a shift basis ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
Friendly disposition with clear spoken English. As Front of House Manager, you will be dealing with day to day customer reviews, requests, and complaints.
The ideal candidate will already be a Hotel Duty Manager.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.
Our hotels and conference centres are busy establishments; therefore, this is very much a hands-on role.
