Job summary

wagamama is seeking a junior front of house manager to be in the action, keep service smooth, and back the team so every guest leaves wanting to return. You’ll work closely with the management team to run a vibrant restaurant, mentor your staff, and step in during busy periods to ensure high standards.

You’ll learn to balance labour, rota planning, and understanding the restaurant’s financial performance while coaching on the go to help the team grow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant front-of-house is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Willing to work shifts and manage labour and rotas.
• Kaizen mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant with the management team.
• Mentor and support your team to grow and excel.
• Step into busy sections, solve problems, and keep pace.
• Plan shifts to ensure right cover and maintain service standards.
