Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a Restaurant Manager for The Ivy New Castle, opening later this year. You will join a dynamic team within a beloved UK restaurant brand, delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading front-of-house operations.

Key responsibilities include providing top-tier service, building a high-performing team, fostering learning and recognition, and analyzing diner feedback to continually improve service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards business objectives.
• Develop a learning culture and ensure all team members feel valued and rewarded.
• Manage all employees in line with agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
• Ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate findings to the team to drive improvements.
