The Ivy Restaurants Ltd is opening The Ivy New Castle and is seeking a confident Restaurant Administrator to join a dynamic team in the UK. The role focuses on managing office operations and admin flows for both front and back of house teams, with an emphasis on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in this position or similar.
• Oversee and support the entire front and back of house admin operation.
• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office services and admin procedures.
• Check Right to Work, close employee rotas, maintain files.
• Complete daily banking procedures and cash-out support.
• Ensure end of day reports meet company standards.
• Assist with ordering equipment, stationery, uniforms, and crockery.
• Organise weekly stock takes and prepare invoices.
• Monitor occupancy tracker and standardise procedures.
