Job summary

Love Success is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead a small front-of-house team in a bustling London office. You will ensure a welcoming, polished reception, manage visitor services, hospitality and meeting room facilities, and support facilities management while upholding health and safety standards.

The role is office-based in central London with a focus on delivering exceptional client service to a prestigious client base. Salary will be dependent upon experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Front of House function.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor budgets and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee visitor procedures, hospitality and meeting room support.
• Monitor budgets and expenditure; review invoices and variances.
• Manage supplier contracts, renewals and contractor performance.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, security, and other contractors.
• Maintain contract and financial records; prepare operational updates.
