Job summary
Pret Eastbourne is seeking a Front of House Leader to manage daily shop operations, coach the team and uphold Pret’s standards. You’ll lead by example during busy service, train staff and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining food safety and health & safety compliance.
You’ll be hands-on when needed, support performance development, and help drive shop targets through strong leadership and team collaboration.

- Comfortable being hands-on during busy service

- Organise teams and allocate tasks according to skills
Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house teams to deliver fast, friendly service
- Coach and develop team members, monitor performance and provide feedback
- Ensure training pathways are followed and training happens on time
- Manage day-to-day shop operations and maintain high standards
- Deliver great customer experiences and maintain brand standards
- Support food/service operations and participate in busy periods
- Contribute to shop performance through labour efficiency and stock awareness
