House of Gods Glasgow seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced, visually theatrical dining experience. You will drive service standards, manage a dynamic front-of-house team, and ensure guest satisfaction through flawless execution and edge-driven hospitality.

You’ll oversee floor leadership, schedules, reservations, guest feedback, and cost controls, while maintaining the venue’s distinctive vibrant energy and industry-leading guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Natural-born front-of-house leader with calm, confident, organised demeanour.
• Experience in high-volume, high-energy restaurants with proven track record of driving service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to run the floor, build rotas, coach teams, manage reservations, handle guest feedback, and support stock and cost controls.
• Obsessed with guest experience and delivering moments guests remember.

Responsibilities

• Lead service standards, team performance, bookings, guest recovery, floor presence, stock awareness, and daily controls.
• Protect the reputation of an established Glasgow venue while pushing it forward.
• Inspire, train, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver world-class hospitality with edge.
