Rick Stein Winchester, part of Rick Stein Restaurants, seeks an experienced Front-of-House Supervisor to lead the service team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise the front-of-house during shifts, motivate staff, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations and exceptional hospitality.

• Experience in front-of-house leadership and supervising teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team during service.
• Ensure smooth operation of your section and the wider restaurant.
• Deliver relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Share knowledge of menus, daily specials, wines and drinks.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
• Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold Rick Stein’s high standards at all times.
• Assist management with daily operational tasks including staff scheduling and training.
