• Experience of working on Reception.
• Strong IT and telephone skills.
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer-facing role.
• Evidential strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/out and reservations.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout guests' stay.
• Assist in other Front of House duties as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.
