Job summary

Butcombe Group is seeking a friendly, energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team in Chippenham. In this role you will greet guests, serve food and drinks, and help keep the pub running smoothly across dining and bar areas.

You will work as part of a close-knit team, delivering brilliant service in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of cleanliness and licensing compliance. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly and efficient service across bar, restaurant and outdoor areas
• Prepare and restock bar and dining areas for service
• Assist with setup and close-down of service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Support team during busy shifts to ensure smooth service
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and licensing standards
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment
• Bring personality and pride to every shift
