Job summary

Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking flexible hospitality staff to work across our Food & Beverage areas, ensuring excellent guest experiences and adherence to brand standards in a 4* setting in Norwich.

You will help guests, provide information on promotions, and contribute to maximising sales while delivering outstanding service in a busy hotel environment with diverse dining options.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

• Good time-management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

What will I do?
