• Previous Front of House experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for Clients and Employees.
• Deliver a quality professional client experience service to the firm’s clients, partners and employees.
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and third-party professionals visiting our client’s offices.
• Maintain the client experience area and meeting rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, escalating any maintenance issues as appropriate.
• Assist in the organisation, coordination and smooth-running of client meetings and events including; meeting room bookings, meeting room set up, appropriate equipment, refreshments, catering and travel requirements.
• Fielding all incoming telephone calls, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
