You will manage campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategy, budgets and timelines, and provide marketing expertise that enhances client experience and firm profile.

THE ROLE & TEAM

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Programmes & Planning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a visible role in shaping our brand, delivering impactful marketing activity and supporting the firm's continued growth. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted and your work makes a real difference.

Reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll help bring our three-year strategy to life through innovative and results-driven marketing programmes. Working closely with specialists across digital, communications and events, you'll deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen our profile, showcase our expertise and support business development objectives.

You’ll manage campaigns from concept through to delivery and evaluation, ensuring activity is aligned with firmwide priorities and delivers measurable results. As a trusted marketing partner to lawyers and business services colleagues, you’ll build strong relationships across the business, provide marketing expertise and help drive high-quality, consistent communications across all channels.

This is a varied role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the firm.

Please note: This role is advertised externally as Senior Marketing Executive but is known internally as Marketing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and delivery of marketing strategies, plans and integrated campaigns aligned to firmwide and practice group objectives.
• Collaborate closely with digital, communications and events specialists to deliver effective multi-channel marketing activity.
• Lead the production of marketing materials, client communications and email campaigns.
• Brief and manage external agencies, designers and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all activity aligns with Brabners' brand, values and tone of voice.
• Support the planning and delivery of events, including associated promotional activity.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and campaign plans, ensuring activity remains on track.
• Measure campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with lawyers, business development colleagues and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to raise the profile of the firm, its people and its expertise across key markets and sectors.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a marketing role, ideally within legal, professional services or a similar B2B environment.
• Strong marketing planning and campaign management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business.
• The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders with confidence, credibility and a solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and using data and insights to inform future activity.
• A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach.
• A passion for delivering high-quality marketing that supports business growth and enhances client experience.
