Job summary

Nuffield Health in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will handle enquiries face-to-face and by phone, support reception and café areas, and help create a welcoming environment within the gym.

You should be flexible, motivated, and initiative-driven, with basic Word/Excel skills. Lifeguard training may be required on-site as shifts cover breaks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication across face-to-face and phone.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel are desirable.
• Friendly, professional attitude delivering welcoming member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors to the club.
• Support the reception and café areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome and handle queries with care and clarity.
• Assist the café team with preparing and serving healthy food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and undertake on-site Lifeguard training as needed.
