Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolve customer complaints and relay information to the Café Manager.
• Maintain food freshness with FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations and keep records.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Clear and sanitise tables to keep the café clean.
• Ensure food products are available and standards are maintained.
• Stay updated with communications and new initiatives.
• Know the café menu and serve food as intended.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers.
