Job summary

Tesco UK café is seeking a Front of House team member to deliver quick, friendly service, keep tables clean and stay knowledgeable about our menu.

You will resolve customer questions, handle deliveries, follow FIFO stock, and maintain hygiene standards while serving hot and cold drinks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Café Manager.
• Maintaining food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
• Clearing and sanitising tables so our café stays clean.
• Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
• Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
• Knowing our café’s menu inside out and making sure food is served the way it’s intended.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
