Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Practise FIFO stock rotation to keep foods fresh.
• Assist with deliveries and safe storage of food.
• Maintain café menu knowledge and serve food as intended.
• Resolve customer complaints and pass feedback to the Café Manager.
• Stay up to date with communications and new initiatives.
