Pasture seeks a Front of House Waiter for Prime by Pasture in Redcliffe. You’ll deliver quick, confident, and friendly service across breakfast, burgers, and late-night drinks, welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm.

You’ll work early mornings, late evenings and weekends as part of a flexible, energetic team. Attitude matters most—even if you’re new to hospitality, you’ll learn fast, grow with us, and help foster a positive team culture while delivering

Front of House Waiter – Prime by Pasture

Pasture is a Steak House & late night bar brought to you by Chef Owner Sam Elliott. Pasture restaurant is a celebration of fire-based cooking and incredible local ingredients. The in-house butchers handpick and prepare the very best meat from farms in the south west and our chefs use it to cook beautiful, modern dishes. In a nutshell Pasture is about fine dining for everyone, with slick, engaging service, top-quality food and a team whose knowledge is as strong as it’s passion.

Prime by Pasture, nestled in the heart of Redcliffe, surrounded by buzzing offices, city apartments, and student life, Prime by Pasture is all about big flavors, top-quality ingredients, and a no-compromise approach to sustainability. We’re redefining burgers—everything is made in-house, from scratch, the way it should be.

Mornings kick off with rich, expertly brewed coffee, stacked breakfasts, and fresh smoothies. By afternoon, it’s all about burgers, whether you like them big and juicy or double smashed. Alongside the burgers are our signature sticky wings and indulgent, thick shakes. As evening rolls in, the vibes turn up, the bar gets lively, and the menu is built for hands-on eating (napkins recommended).

Pay: Hourly rate £12.71 + £3.5–£3.90 per hour in Tronc (on average). In addition to your standard hourly wage, you'll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.
