Qualifications

• Previous catering or front-of-house experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers from arrival through departure.
• Maintaining a high standard of appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Providing service of food and beverages to students, staff, Fellows, and conference guests.
• Assisting with the service of food and beverages in various dining areas, including the Servery, Dining Hall, and Fellows High Table.
• Performing daily cleaning duties within the Cafeteria and Dining Hall.
• Maintaining appropriate temperature controls and providing occasional cover in the plate washing area.
• Attending identified training courses to enable them to perform the duties of the post.
• Responding to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
