Job summary

Rockfish Exmouth is seeking friendly, energetic servers for our summer season. You will help create a welcoming environment, delivering Thoughtful Hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Training is provided; seasonal roles end 28 September 2026. A generous share of gratuities and tips, plus 50% off dining, and perks like paddleboard access await the successful team member.

Rockfish summers are our busiesttime, so as a member of our seasonal team, you will play an important role inmaking our restaurant a summer success.

You will have a flexibleapproach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities which can be up toand extra £2-3 per hour!

The Role

As server youwill help create a restaurant environment where guest expectations are exceededthrough delivering ‘Thoughtful Hospitality’. Where little details make a bigimpact.

You willreceive all the training you need to deliver this, all you need to bring is yournatural flair for service!

Many of oursummer servers come back to work for us season after season, making this agreat role to work around your studies.

Please note that our summer seasonal roles are offered on a'Fix Term Contract'basis, and employment will end on 28th of September 2026 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
