What you\'ll be doing

• Bring digital products to life, build and enhance websites, customer portals, broker platforms and web applications.
• Craft exceptional user experiences: Create responsive, on-brand UIs from mockups or loose concepts.
• Push performance to the next level: Optimise rendering, caching and Core Web Vitals to deliver lightning-fast user journeys.
• Write clean, scalable code: Develop custom solutions in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Livewire, and Laravel Blade.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketing, designers and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions that support business goals.

What we\'re looking for

• Strong experience in front-end development with JavaScript, Vue.js, Livewire, CSS, and HTML.
• A good understanding of Laravel within a professional environment.
• Degree educated in relevant field (web design/computer science or equivalent)
• 4 years of development experience of Front-end websites & web systems
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards and responsive design.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and comfortable working across teams and directly with stakeholders.
• (Bonus) Exposure to React or other modern frameworks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative development team for a dynamic and growing company. This is predominantly an office-based role, with the option to work 1 day remotely. Due to the location of the Ipswich-based office, this role is commutable from Felixstowe, Needham Market, Kesgrave, Colchester, Claydon, Hadleigh & Stowmarket.
