Scrumconnect Consulting is seeking a Front-End Developer who specializes in design systems to help build, maintain and drive adoption of a government design system. You will create accessible, reusable components that teams across the programme can rely on, and you will support rollout through documentation, communication and hands-on adoption help.

This is a front-end specialist role; you will work to ensure WCAG 2.2 AA, build reusable components, and collaborate with designers to turn designs

Qualifikationen

• Experience auditing and remediating WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Experience with Figma Dev Mode / Figma Make.
• Experience supporting design system adoption and rollout.
• Experience building front-end components and calling APIs.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain a government-standard component library and design system.
• Audit and remediate components to WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Develop front-end components in the design system’s stack, packaged for reuse.
• Collaborate with designers to turn designs into production components using Figma tooling.
• Support change, communications and adoption activity for design system rollout across teams.
• Write and maintain automated tests, with component testing via Storybook and Chromatic.
• Maintain pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
• Keep documentation sites and release notes including migration guides.
