Qualifications

• Friendly and welcoming front-of-house receptionist.
• Proactive and well-organised with good IT skills (MS Office).
• Experience handling calls, visitors and contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents at the front desk in a professional, courteous manner.
• Verify identity, log contractors, and maintain the visitors’ book.
• Answer phones, redirect calls and record messages; manage emails and faxes as needed.
• Handle general admin tasks: filing, word processing, database work, photocopying, and post.
