Qualifications

• Must be able to use MS Office for basic admin tasks.
• Experience operating a switchboard and handling calls professionally.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and residents in a professional, courteous manner.
• Check visitors’ identity and maintain register and contractors’ log.
• Answer phones, redirect calls, and record messages; manage emails and faxes as needed.
• Perform general admin duties: filing, word processing, data entry, photocopying.
• Organise staff lunch rotas and receive post; sign for post when required.
