Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd's Bush is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and handle bookings and queries with confidence. You’ll be the heartbeat of the guest journey, personalising service for returning guests and IHg Rewards members.

You’ll liaise with housekeeping, manage reservations, process payments, and maintain records while following safety and privacy policies. 40 hours per week on a shift rota over 5 days out of 7.

Formación

• Experience in front office, reception or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera Cloud is a plus) and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently.
• Assist with luggage, local tips, room preferences, bookings, and billing queries.
• Process payments, manage reservations, answer phones.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth stays.
• Maintain guest records and follow health, safety and privacy protocols.
