Lookers is recruiting a warm, empathetic receptionist/host to be the first point of contact for customers in our Stafford showroom. You will welcome visitors, manage enquiries, and support the showroom team to deliver a world-class customer experience.

We offer a permanent full-time role with a 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, and a structured benefits package. Prior reception experience and a friendly, professional manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front-of-house or reception role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and visitors to the showroom.
• Answer phone enquiries and direct to the appropriate team.
• Assist with general showroom administration and maintain a tidy reception area.
