Job summary

Premier Inn Carrickfergus, part of the Whitbread group, is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner while maintaining a welcoming hotel atmosphere. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with a permanent contract and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; training provided.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with ability to stay calm in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and serving alcohol.
• Answer guest questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates when busy and ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure.
