Whitbread is recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member at Lisburn Premier Inn. This role involves greeting guests, checking in, serving breakfast and dinner, and helping ensure a smooth stay for guests.

The position is part of the Lisburn Premier Inn team, located on Hillsborough Road, with a permanent contract and a guaranteed 25 hours per week. You’ll work across shifts including evenings and weekends, with pay up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals as needed.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when it gets busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
