Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon is seeking a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, set the tone with a warm welcome, and provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area to enhance every guest's stay.

The role covers greeting guests at check-in, answering queries, directing guests to restaurants, bars and meeting rooms, and supporting the team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
